    There are only pros for living in this area, transport, shops, restaurants, bars, everything is a stones throw away but yet still so peaceful

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Everything has been dealt with professionally and quickly although there hasn’t really been many issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I knew the area before I moved in, I was shown a variety of apartments for what I wanted and both styles , any questions I had after were all answered promptly I found the whole procedure very accommodating

    Fantastically located, everything in walking distance. As to be expected for city centre- parking is a problem. However with the train station minutes away, the city 10 min walk; and plenty of busses, this isn’t really an issue.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    On the whole things are dealt with well, the maintenance team are superb. Whenever anything has to go external, that’s when things don’t go as well. Could definitely benefit from hiring more in-house staff

    Bills are quite expensive for such a small space, but other than that fine

    Lots of local shops, cafes and restaurants and canal nearby which creates a lovely atmostphere and not too busy at all. Small amount of train noise and people talking in the evenings but this is very quiet unless you have windows open.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, as mentioned above I always find the building management helpful and friendly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn’t realise we paid two separate bills for energy (i don’t think this is necessarily made clear) though I know the community utilities provider is no longer used as they went out of business.

    Great location. Very central without being noisy. Restaurants, pubs, bakery, etc., all within walking distance.

    They responded promptly and efficiently, whatever the issue.

    Got bored walking the tunnel into the city centre after a while, but not enough to make me relocate.

    Never had any issues. Any maintenance issues were responded to really quickly
