Entering the apartment we find ourselves in a long hallway with a very handy storage cupboard found to our left. As we continue down the hall we have the fully kitted kitchen complete with whitegoods and views looking over the immaculate communal gardens. Next, we'll find the main family shower-room with natural ventilation. The hall then opens into a spacious living/dining room boasting a juliet balcony for additional light and a lovely private south facing terrace with stunning mountain views. As previously mentioned the property is situated on the Los Naranjos urbanization of Huerta Nueva and you'll find all your daily amenities in the village of Los Gallardos which can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot or just 2 minutes by car. Here you'll find several bars and cafés, shops and supermarkets, medical centre, bakery, pharmacy, banks, and a weekly street market held every Tuesday morning in the square.

The beaches of Mojacar Playa, Garrucha and Vera Playa are just a 15 minute drive away and here we'll find a huge array of bars, restaurants, beach bars, shops, supermarkets, etc. In Vera Playa we have the very popular water park while in Garrucha we'll also find the Go-Kart track. If you're an avid golfer you have the choice of 3 local courses, Valle del Este, Desert Springs & Marina Golf with the new Macena course becoming available in 2025.
