    We love the area, we have lived in the area for 8 years already. We have everything we need on the door step, my son goes to the local school.

    They have been quick to sort the issues, getting companies out to get things sorted for us.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That our internet was not working, have spent a lot in data to watch the TV.

    Good: Surrounded by lush green woods, easily accessible to shops and motorways. Bad: people driving fast/ not adhering to the speed limits, littering and building materials being dropped and or left. It’s a daily occurrence for me to pick up nails, screws and or metal clips

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They were responsive and provided support. Although, I must note, we haven’t had to make contact with them often.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The reality of living somewhere that isn’t full finished - dust, dirt, noise, vehicle movement and building materials being dropped

    Transport links are excellent and nearby shopping centre is very handy.. a local convenience store would be helpful as well as a GP surgery, however it is lovely and safe for my children so overall we are really happy

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been very responsive and arranged visits promptly

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The area can be noisy at times due to the building works but this can't be helped and is a temporary issue

    Location is great, only a couple miles from the town centre, and the main supermarkets, with good transport links.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been great in raising the issue with our turf with Vistry, however there seems to be a hold up on Vistrys side.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I’d have known that the properties address wouldn’t have been registered on most databases, however that was just a lack of judgement on my part.

    Buckler’s Ride is a lovely development where it has its own community and neighbourhood is very friendly. There are local shops and coffee shop which gives it independence

    I am delighted to provide this reference for Sally, who supported me throughout my recent home move. From start to finish, Sally demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, organisation, and dedication. Moving home can often be a stressful experience, but Sally’s calm and reassuring approach made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. She was consistently approachable, responsive, and always available to answer any questions I had—no matter how small—providing clear and helpful guidance at every stage.
