Crymych is a popular rural Market Town which stands between the well known Market Town of Cardigan (10 miles north) and the other well known and popular Market Town of Narberth (12 miles south).

Cardigan being close by has the benefit of an excellent Shopping Centre together with an extensive range of amenities and facilities including Secondary and Primary Schools, Churches, Chapels, Banks, Building Societies, Hotels, Restaurants, Public Houses, Cafes, Takeaways, Art Galleries, a Cinema/Theatre, Supermarkets, a Post Office, Library, Petrol Filling Stations, a Further Education College and a newly built Day Hospital.

The County and Market Town of Haverfordwest is some 20 miles or so south and has the benefit of an excellent shopping centre together with an extensive range of amenities and facilities including The County Council Offices and a Hospital at Withybush.

Pembrokeshire Coastline

The North Pembrokeshire Coastline at The Parrog, Newport is within 10 miles or so and also close by are the other well known sandy beaches and coves at Cwm, Aberhigian, Aberfforest, Cwm yr Eglwys, Pwllgwaelod, Aberbach, Ceibwr and Poppit Sands.

The Preseli Hills being close by provide excellent Walking, Rambling, Pony Trekking and Hacking facilities.

There are good road links from Crymych along the Main A487 south to Penblewin roundabout and the A40 road which leads to Carmarthen and the A48 and M4 leading to Cardiff and London. There are also good rail links from Clynderwen, Whitland and Carmarthen to Cardiff, London Paddington and the rest of the UK.

Directions from Cardigan

From Cardigan take the Main A487 road south for 10 miles and in the centre of the village and adjacent to Crymych Arms, turn right and then turn immediately left towards Bro Preseli. Continue on this road for 50 yards or so and take the turning on the right for Bro Preseli and the Store Shed/Garage is a short distance further along, on the right hand side of the road. A ‘For Sale’ board is attached to the Field Gate which leads into the Plot.

Directions from Fishguard

Alternatively from Fishguard take the Main A487 road east towards Cardigan for some 12 miles or so and in the village of Eglwyswrw, take the turning on the right towards Crymych, Boncath and Cenarth. Continue on this road for in excess of a mile and take the first turning on the right signposted to Crymych. Continue on this road for in excess of 2 miles and on reaching Crymych take the turning on the right towards Bro Preseli next to the Fish and Chip Shop and prior to the ‘T’ junction with the Main A487 road. Continue on this road for 50 yards or so and take the first right for Bro Preseli and a short distance further along the Store Shed/Garage and Land is situated on the right hand side of the road. A ‘For Sale’ board is attached to the Field Gate which leads into the Plot.
