5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have lived on our estate for a year now and I have to say, I’ve got no complaints. The homes are beautiful and our neighbours are lovely. We feel very well looked after by the property management, they check in and offer nice opportunities to meet together and discuss concerns etc. The location is fab, it’s very convenient for us to be walking distance to town and right by the main roads to get into Telford, Shrewsbury or Whitchurch as needed. I’m honestly the happiest I’ve been in my renting history living at assembly park and I would recommend it to anyone. Any issues we have had have been cosmetic and a quick report on the app and it’s dealt with immediately. Thank you for having me, I love it here!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they’ve been out a few times for us, the dishwasher had an issue and they sent a gentleman out who took it on himself to tighten our tap which was so so kind, we had a blocked drain that I hadn’t even reported and they arrived instantly the same morning it happened based on someone else’s enquiry plus we had the door come off our unit and they sent a handyman to reattach it. All have been incredibly professional and courteous
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The road has taken a long time to finish and I wish I had managed my expectations on that.
