    Mustard Wharf sits 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre, with Trinity Leeds mall nearby for daily essentials from M&S and a solid range of food options including McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A and Subway. Leeds train station is five minutes on foot, putting Manchester and London within easy reach. For exercise, the Leeds-Liverpool canal makes for a good running route right on your doorstep.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The maintenance team is responsive and professional. A special mention to Laura and her team for re-tiling the flooring efficiently across just two half-days — impressive turnaround.

    I wish i knew the childcare 2 minutes away was closed!

    The location is perfect here. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the train station for weekend getaways, about 10 or less to city centre (great for shopping, events, or a taxi-free night out), but yet just far away that it’s pleasant and quiet, and away from all the commotion. The canal is also fantastic for strolls and runs. Also, Bake and 92º are right here, as if that's not enough!! Plus some great pubs just to the south, some fun venues under the train arches, and more

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management is very fast to respond to any issues, and aims to have things resolved within just a day or two at most.

    Parking has a very long waiting list (6+ months?), so if needed, get your request in as soon as you sign the papers

    Beth in particular has become a friendly face as part of the building management team that goes above and beyond to ensure that I and other residents have a pleasant living experience.

    Speak as I find and they’re accessible 24/7. Any issue has been fixed quickly

    Got in earlier to get a higher floor as we live the city views!
