We have fond memories of living here where the community of neighbours create a sense of belonging. Two excellent schools are just a walk away and the nature reserve and lake are a 200 metre stroll down the hill. If you need to go further a field then the bus stops are not far, where the bus can take you to Reading town centre or over to Woodley. Travelling by car you can quickly get to the M4 and then on to London or West. The house has provided a safe, spacious life for a growing family with local facilities and parks to play in all within walking distance. We are sure any family would be very happy living here.

Betchworth Avenue is a really well regarded location in Earley, popular with families due to its excellent schools and green spaces. Aldryngton Primary and Maiden Erlegh School are both close by, along with Maiden Erlegh Nature Reserve and Laurel Park for walks and outdoor time. Earley train station is within walking distance, and Reading town centre is easily accessible, making it a great spot for commuters too.
