I'm really surprised how quiet and peaceful it is here, there's also a good range of shops around and you're not far at all from the city centre
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I've had an issue with my heater and it was seen to straight away
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
One of the best aspects of living around Princes Dock is the balance between peaceful waterfront living and easy access to the city centre. The area feels modern, clean, and less crowded than central Liverpool
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I've not had any problems so far, but I'd imagine it'd be sorted straight away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I previously lived in the centre, wish I'd discovered this building sooner as the location is perfect and not to crowded

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The best part of living in Lighthaus is that everything is walking distance and you get the best of Liverpool City Centre without being in a rush area. Being located at Princess Dock means you get the best views and is very quiet. Even though there’s the Strand avenue in the back of the building (where my flat is facing), you can barely hear anything. The only busy time on the street is when there’s match on Hill Dickinson Stadium, and it might be once a month if anything, but only for a few hours and I’ve never seen any anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It was March when I moved in and I was the very first tenant on my studio. Everything was in order and I’ve never had any issues, but the staff is very friendly and is always willing to help if needed. The only thing is the bin chute being blocked sometimes, but the staff is always sending reminders about how to use it in order to keep it functional, but unfortunately it seems like not every tenant respects it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in, I was looking for a studio close to city centre but quiet, with parking available, with gym, where I didn’t have to share laundry facilities. After looking at many other apartment complexes in the area, Lighthaus was the only one who ticked all the boxes. I’m sure that pretty soon they will be Top 1 in the rank, Lighthaus is far superior that any other building in Liverpool.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living around Princes Dock has been great because it’s quiet, modern, and still really close to the city centre. The waterfront views and relaxed atmosphere make it feel different from the busier parts of Liverpool, and everything you need is still within walking distance. The Lighthaus is also a really nice place to live. The apartments feel modern and well looked after, and the dockside location gives it a calm, premium feel. It’s been a good mix of city living and a more relaxed lifestyle.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven't had any yet but I'm sure the team would get it sorted quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I knew before moving into The Lighthaus is just how quiet it can be compared to what you expect from city living. It’s in a really central waterfront location, but once you’re inside the building it’s surprisingly peaceful. That’s a big plus, but it also means if you’re someone who likes constant buzz or nightlife right on your doorstep, you might find yourself heading further into the city more often than you think.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is great not to far from the city centre, and is also rather quiet compared to being right in the centre of town!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a tiny problem with my door and the team had it sorted within an hour
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d have known how good the overall building was otherwise I would have moved in sooner!
