Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the close supermarkets like home and bargain, and I like that there is coffee shops nearby like moose and bean. I also like the weather here it feels cosy when it's raining and like I'm on holiday by the water when it's warm. The service is really good around here. It's quiet here and the people are friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My washing machine had slightly leaked but we got it fixed very fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How happy I feel, I have met lots of new people and have made new friends.

    The Trilogy, M15

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is really good. It has good transport links for getting in to town as well as getting out of town. Parking is easy having the on site car park makes it really easy and affordable. Shops are convenient for food and it’s easy to get to the shops in town and the Trafford centre. Having access to good places to walk a dog is also good with park and canal. Traffic can be noisy but that’s to be expected on a main road so it isn’t a problem

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only time I have raised an issue I received help really quickly and the issue was easily resolved so really happy with the help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there are some issues with the parcel lockers and codes. Just feel like I it causes unnecessary work for staff to be asked to get parcels every time

    The Trilogy, M15

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The shops are very convenient with the co-op and Tesco nearby alongside takeaways with Gordon’s kitchen and xpress pizza. Transport links with the tram 10 mins into central Manchester from cornbrook is very accessible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they were very accommodating and offered all the help we need. Especially Funmi who is always friendly and always on hand to help

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the tram service to accommodate easy needs and the local areas such as the canal which is very nice is the summer. Especially the local events that the trilogy hold which help bring the community together.

    Milliners Yard, L3

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a perfect balance of quiet and city vibes. A stone throw away from all the main shops whilst also being hidden from the madness that comes with living in a city. The area is constantly seeing new developments and shops opening up which is very convenient and a clear indication that investors see real potential in the Fabric District.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team are quite literally available 24/7. There is somebody onsite around the clock and respond to issues immediately. There is the option to message the team via Whatsapp where they typically respond immediately. Any issue raised is handled with so much care and urgency.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing comes to mind. The team have been transparent from day one and left no stone unturned. Our expectations were managed and exceeded.

    The Trilogy, M15

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great because it is right next to Cornbrook tram station and close to the canal and river which makes walking to the city centre convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team have responded well to issues raised, such as with the washing machine or the oven.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend asking for a car park shutter fob if you regularly take your bike out of the bike storage, to avoid having to bring your bike up the lift.
