All bedrooms are fully furnished for your convenience and include:

Bills are included in the rent you pay - gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet broadband.
There is a large shared bathroom with power shower and separate bath. The lounge is bijoux but has all you need to relax after a long day. Your own room has a TV too and with superfast broadband you can surf the web without speed constraints. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water. We also provide a regular cleaner for the communal areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, a tall fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need!
TENANCY
What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who are looking to stay for a minimum of 3 months tenancy, but the tenancy will be a rolling monthly contract from the start.
