Nice area with good links both into Maldon - Danbury - Witham - Chelmsford - Braintree - Colchester - Links into London via Witham or Hatfield Peverel train stations
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
To be confirmed. The fact that the front and back garden was a mess when we moved in, along with a leaking radiator on the landing that has made the carpet soaked has slightly concerned us but we will see how that goes in the next week or so??

Whether the loft was boarded or not for extra storage. Also whether we are allowed a shed installed in the garden.

There is plenty to do in the local area, lovely scenic walks through the nearby fields. Small local shop a stones throw away. Good transport links into the town centre. Nice and quiet area, with very little noise (apart from current building works but these wont last forever).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not raised any problems or issues as we've only just moved.

We were familiar with the area already, but would recommend looking into what facilities in the area.

So far our experience of the local area is positive. It’s very quiet and peaceful, neighbours are friendly and welcoming. It’s in a convenient location for us to commute to work and then escape the city afterwards.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have mostly dealt with Eleanor Harding from Leaf Living who has been brilliant. Very warm and welcoming when we first met her and super responsive to any of our emails calls or queries. She went above and beyond to help us and was always on time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not enough storage in the kitchen so we wished we had know this ahead of time so we could maybe add in some shelves or extra drawers ready for us as we moved in.

Beautiful location with a local Sainsbury's and cafe nearby. Recently moved in but it’s easy for us to reach via the motorway and Banbury train station offers direct access to London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues raised thusfar but during our move-in, the process to report any issues or problems was well highlighted to us by Laura.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing we hadn’t known was that due to it being a new development, we have had to order our own bins from the council. However, leaf living does deduct this cost from the monthly rent paid.

We chose our area because it has good local shops, is close to the beach, and is very quiet, which makes it peaceful and convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t needed to contact the building management, as everything was in perfect condition when we moved in, so there have been no issues to report.

There isn’t anything. Leaf Living provided all of the information so if we weren’t sure on anything we would just refer back to the emails/documents
