It is located in a very central area of MCR. Lots of shops and pubs in the heart of NQ. 10min walk to Piccadilly and Shudehill interchange
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very quick to respond. You can log requests through the Loft app. They usually send someone the next day to check.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The EPC rating is really good compared to others in the neighborhood.

The local area is really centralised, utilities are brilliant and the street is tidy and quiet and great transport links

All problems have been resolved quickly and effectively

As we have lived in the area previously, there wasn’t really anything we weren’t aware of prior to moving.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has been really convenient so far with plenty of shops, restaurants and gyms nearby. Transport links are great and it’s easy getting around Manchester. The street itself feels modern and well kept, and I haven’t had any issues with noise or anything major since moving in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any questions or small issues I’ve had were responded to quickly and professionally. Communication has been good and the team have been easy to contact when needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how convenient the location actually is day to day. There are loads of places nearby and transport links are really good, which made settling in much easier.

We love being this close to Ancoats and the Northern Quarter. Everything is right on the doorstep. Flat is super peaceful and can't hear much of the outside traffic

We can report any problems to the team via an app, message or in person and everything is dealt with quickly.

I’ve lived in the area for about 5 years now and it’s conveniently located close to both Victoria and Piccadilly train stations, there’s bus stops close by too. I rent a flat facing a main street and it’s incredible how quiet it is, they really got the acoustic of the building right. Could’ve done with parking spaces for the building as it’s only a few on the street, there is no designated secure underground parking as far as i know.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It was sorted very quickly, less than a day after I placed a repair request.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s not as warm as i thought it would be due to the concrete frame however heating is very efficient
