Located next to Jet 2 Office at Leeds Office Park, Pin Yard is an ideal choice for people who prefer green traveling. It takes 6 minutes to walk to Sweet Street bus station to catch bus 24, 2, 3, 3A, 200, 202, 202, 203, 51, 116 and PR3, which lead to ASDA, City Centre, White Rose, Middleton, Roundhay Park and etc. It takes 11 minutes to walk to Leeds Railway Station, 7 minutes to TESCO Express, 13 minutes to Crown Point Shopping Centre, 21 minutes to Briggate and Corn Exchanges in the City Centre, and 24 minutes to Leeds Market and Royal Armouries Museums. It is very easy to take bus from Sweet Street to supermarkets:, for instance, 3 stops by Bus 24 to Morrison at Merrion Centre and 3 stops by bus 2, 3, 3A, 200,201, 202, 203 to ALDI on Burton Road. It is easy to take bus to many parks in Leeds, including Roundhay Park, Middleton Park, Woodhouse Moor and Etc. Pin Yard and surrounding areas are always safe, clean with green environments. We enjoyed walking along Leeds -Liverpool Cannel and Aire Park nearby.

2Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Only the location is good. Bins are always full. Sometimes the bin area is open, and strangers come and go and dig into the bins.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The ladies at reception tried their best, but there were loads of problems to deal with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Electricity is going to be a big part of the monthly bills. If you find better other places , think twice if you want to rent here.
