The Med coast resorts of Mojacar and Vera Playa, with their unspoiled golden sand beaches are within a 40 minutes to one hour drive away, and there are three airports which are easily accessible via excellent motorway connections, Almeria, Murcia and Alicante.The villa is accessed as stated via rambla and track, but then a private sweeping gravel drive leads up to a tiled terrace and parking for 2 cars under a double car port. There is also a detached garage with a sun terrace above, and next to this an 8 x 4 swimming pool. The property is completely private and has the most amazing 360 degree views. It does have neighbours close by, so you are not completely isolated but they are far enough away, and the plot is large enough that they are not right next door. To the front of the  property is a tiled terrace and this has steps down to the driveway and across the the land. There are beautiful planted beds of shrubs and flowers, and this whole area is immaculately maintained. The land is left to nature, but you could if you wished keep horses or plant further trees, grow vegetables etc.The villa itself has 119m² of living space and comprises of the back door leading into an open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has ample storage space and silestone worktops.  The lounge is cosy with a large log burning fire which will heat the whole house in winter. Off the lounge, double doors lead out to the sun room / dining room, with 4 sets of double doors which lead out to the terrace, and from which there are the most spectacular views. This is a wonderful space to sit in the winter and enjoy the winter sun and the views. Back in the lounge and to the other side, is a small internal hallway leading to two very large double bedrooms with a family shower room between. Off one of the bedrooms is a small covered terrace, which could easily and quite inexpensively, be turned into an en-suite. Again back in the lounge at the bottom end, a door leads out to a hallway and to bedroom 3, and stairs to the roof terrace. On the roof terrace are the solar panels, and a room which houses the back up batteries.The villa has double glazed windows throughout with shutters and rejas, hot and cold air conditioning throughout, fly screens on all windows, rejas, a septic tank and an alarm system. There is also wifi connected.The property has deeds and is registered on the Land Registry, but is currently awaiting an AFO and EPC to comply with new regulations. IBI is approx 283 euros per year for the house, and 12 euros for the land. Basura is 54 euros per quarter.This property would suit someone who wishes to live in a quiet tranquil setting, with wonderful views and no near neighbours.
