5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Deansgate Square has been a great experience. The local area is very convenient, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, as well as easy access to the city centre. Transport links are excellent, with Deansgate and Manchester Oxford Road stations close by, plus tram and bus connections within walking distance. The area feels modern, lively and well connected, while still being comfortable to live in. Bin collections and building access are well managed, and I have not had any major issues with noise or anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has always responded very quickly, professionally and kindly to any problems or questions I have raised. Anne-Marie in particular has been outstanding. She is always welcoming, patient and genuinely helpful, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel supported. Whenever I have needed assistance, she has been quick to respond, clear in her communication and very reassuring. Her positive attitude and professionalism make a real difference to the overall living experience, and she is one of the main reasons the building feels so well managed and friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how helpful and friendly the reception team would be. It makes a real difference day to day, especially when you need quick support or have questions about the building.

Really close to the station, supermarkets and nice bars and parks. It’s very quick for me to get to work. I never hear any noise or antisocial behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had an issue with my heating so the landlord applied a 10% discount which is greatly appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s just really nice living here so I would say to definitely move in

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Tesco nearby, lots of good pubs and bars in the very near vicinity. Right next to Leeds station so transport links are great. No anti-social behaviour so far, a bit noisy at night sometimes but very rarely.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very helpful and responsive to any issues I have had.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartments maintain heat very well, good in winter, very warm in summer.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is one of the best parts of living here. It is very close to both the bus and train stations, which makes getting around Cardiff and traveling outside the city very convenient. There are many good restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops nearby, all within walking distance. My workplace is about a 20-minute walk away, Bute Park is around 20 minutes on foot, and Cardiff Bay is about 40 minutes away. The area generally feels lively but still comfortable to live in. Noise levels are usually reasonable for a city centre location, and there are plenty of nearby conveniences for daily life.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I send an email and they respond quickly and suggest a solution.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I am very happy to be here especially as an immigrant, it made meeting new people a lot easier.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very convenient with plenty of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pubs within walking distance and it is very close to the train station. There are also nice parks and green spaces nearby which make the neighbourhood feel pleasant and relaxed. Public transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and train stations, making commuting straightforward. The street itself is generally quiet and safe, with regular bin collections and no major issues with anti-social behaviour. Overall a perfect location to live in Brighton as you are so close to the city center and major attractions
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always been so prompt to deal with any issues, usually within the day and always keep clear communication.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient the area is on a daily basis, especially for transport, shops and cafés nearby. The neighbourhood is generally quieter than it first appears during viewings, particularly in the evenings.
