I’ve loved living in Statham court since buying the property in 1994. Its location was the perfect place for us travelling to both London and Reading as well as many other locations off the M3, M4 & M25 over the years. It’s also perfectly placed for working at Heathrow. 
Situated at the end of the cul de sac with a lovely large south facing garden that is not overlooked, it’s been a great relaxing place to live with a large living/dining room for its size and now is used to work from home. With 2 Allocated parking spaces and just A 15 min walk from the Lexicon with its entertainment and dining, as well as great shopping make it an ideal place for a young couple to set up a home. 

Area Comments...
Statham Court is located within the popular Amen Corner development, giving easy access into Bracknell town centre, the A329M and wider transport links. There’s plenty of nearby green space for walks and outdoor time, while local shops, amenities and schools are all within easy reach. It’s a really convenient and well-connected location.

Ryan & Sanjay Comments...
The standout for us here is definitely the garden size. Being end terrace gives this house noticeably more outside space than a lot of others nearby, which makes a big difference day to day. We also like that it’s ready to move straight into and being sold with no onward chain makes things much simpler for the next owner. Add in the parking and location, and it’s a really solid all-round home.
