Sellers Story - We chose to buy this house as it was the perfect semi-rural retreat for us. It’s spacious, private and a great country home. At the same time, we welcomed the availability of local pubs and amenities, as well as having easy access to the M42.
As someone who really enjoys cooking, the kitchen has to be my favourite room in the house. It’s a large, spacious room and benefits from an Aga. I’m in my element when entertaining and this kitchen allows me to do just that.
The house is great for parties and large family gatherings. It’s enabled us to host New Year’s Eve parties and other events for friends and family, allowing us to host people overnight with ample space and parking.
I’ve loved having the swimming pool which allows me to exercise from home. It will be a great addition for any family. It could also be rented out for private swimming lessons if the future owner wanted to generate some income from this facility.
We will really miss this home having spent 17 years here but it’s time for us to downsize and for someone else to benefit from this beautiful country home.
