We are delighted to offer for rent this delightful one-bedroom, first-floor, assisted living apartment which has recently been decorated throughout, with new carpets and curtains, making it ready to move straight in to and make it your home. The property is perfectly situated within easy access to our lovely on-site facilities including the restaurant, reception, relaxing lounges, bowling green, beautifully manicured gardens, orchard, and hair salon.

The living / dining room is well proportioned, allowing plenty of space to entertain family or friends. The room is flooded with natural light and features French double doors with a Juliet balcony. This property offers lovely views over the stunning gardens

The lovely kitchenette adjoins the living space and has been superbly designed to offer a range of eye and base level units with worktops and tiled splash back. There is ample space for preparing snacks, breakfast, or supper. A fridge freezer, space for a microwave, toaster and kettle.

The main bedroom is a light and airy space with plenty of room for storage.

A lovely shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit.
