We're honored to be able to present you this exquisite apartment on the ground floor of Villa Bolza, the iconic 17th century noble dwelling of Menaggio.

Villa Bolza, built in 1747, is a building with historic importance, registered with the Belle Arti Institute. In 1993 the villa was divided into only 6 apartments retaining a lot of its original features.

Our apartment comes with the exclusive use of part of the park.

Internally, the property still retails its period flair thanks to its wealth of original details, like the marble floors, the stunning pink marble fireplace, the elegant walnut doors, the moldings, the spectacular fresco in the living room, the hardwood floors, the vaulted ceilings, the period shutters.
