Ivory Bar 2 The Ginnel, Harrogate, HG1 2RB

On entering directly of the footpath into an inner entrance reception area leading through to a split level trading area being slightly quirky having some good quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The upper level to the far end of the bar operates as more chill out area and over spill on a weekend, having its own bar servery which enables it to be totally private and can be used as a separate function area. The main trading area has a polished wooden floor, exposed brick walls a part mirrored ceiling with glitter balls and a raised stage area centered around some regular entertainment and live music events. This main area is furnished with high tables with good quality leather high stools and a number low level tables and stools and a sweeping long granite topped bar servery. The bar is currently arranged to seat approximately 90 persons although the bar is licensed for 350 persons in total.

Although not currently used there is a small catering kitchen should the new owners decide to offer food which we feel would only compliment the existing trade.
