The ‘Stube’ area is the central meeting point for all owners and their guests. In the morning, it serves a healthy and extensive breakfast while, after skiing, you can pick up some tea or a hot gluhwein while you exchange stories about your new off-piste route or your kids first turns!

 

Apartments come fully furnished ensuring that everything is ready for you and your guests.  This includes fully equipped kitchens with luxury coffee machines, Miele appliances, the latest Samsung televisions, Sonos music systems and much more.  

 

Floors are solid oak, Italian tiles in the bathrooms and LED lighting complete the high-end look.  

 

1 Bedroom apartments are approximately 66m2 and designed to sleep 2-4 people.  There are large terraces or balconies – ideal for taking in the alpine views - and prices start from EUR 328,085 net.

 

2 Bedroom apartments come with two en-suite bathrooms and are designed for 4-6 people with 96m2 of living space. Terraces or balconies add a further 22m2 of outdoor living space and prices are from EUR 459,891 net.

 

Finally, large 3 Bedroom apartments and penthouses are in excess of 128m2 and can sleep 6-8 people. Large top-floor penthouses also have the possibility of an extra mezzanine sleeping area, exposed beams and double height ceilings. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are orientated to maximize the dramatic mountain views. Prices are from EUR 583,965 net.

 

These apartments are particularly large so it may be possible to adjust some of the floor plans during the off-plan construction phase if, for example, you wanted an extra bedroom.

 

All prices are net of VAT which does not have to be paid by signing up to the rental pool arrangements. Prices also include a choice of furniture packages and underground parking.

 

All the rental income in pooled across all the apartments and the income is then distributed to the owners every three months in arrears.

 

Owners are not restricted in the amount that they can use their apartments but the cost of these weeks is deducted from the owners share of the rental pool income for the time that they are there.
