LOCATION
The land is situated to the north west of Kirkby Thore within the Eden District just a short distance away from the A66 and Penrith, in the county of Cumbria. The town of Penrith is located just 10 miles west of the land and the City of Carlisle some 29 miles to the north-west. DIRECTIONS
Take Junction 40 off the M6 and take the second exit onto the A66 west and follow for 1 mile before reaching another roundabout. Take the third exit continuing on the A66 west.
