This villa is located in a quiet yet central area, in the heart of Corfu, and features easy access to Gouvia where the International Marina is, as well as the West Coast and the beautiful beaches of Glyfada, Kontoyialos, Ermones and Myrtiotissa.

The Estate on which the villa sits on is completely flat and has been a traditional olive grove with numerous olive trees. The main gate of the property is on the main road and a tarmacked drive leads to the parking covered area, next to the house.

The house has been designed in the shape of the Greek letter P (?), where in the wings there are the bedrooms, and on the front there is the living area and kitchen of the property. The swimming pool has been placed in the middle of the wings in such way to allow access to the pool from all rooms of the house.
