Most of the recent changes in March 2026 have been to add clarity and reflect updates or launches of new services or functionality on our platforms. Here are the key ones that could affect you:
- Data protection complaints: added in a new section to cover how we handle data protection complaints.
- Recorded calls between you and our member agents: AI is utilised to transcribe and extract insights from recorded calls in order to support training, monitoring, and the enhancement of services for both us and our members.
- Customer services: when you correspond with our customer services team via email, we use AI to triage your query and to help us better understand and respond to your query.
- Mortgage in Principle: updated to reflect any new lenders we may be working with.
- Multi applicant lead form for tenants: i
- Online agent valuation: if you have asked one of our member estate agents for an agent online valuation and agreed to targeting and tracking cookies, the member estate agent will be alerted when you access the agent online valuation. This notification helps the member estate agent to better coordinate any follow-up conversations with you.
- 3rd party advertising: we have included details of universal ID solutions which advertisers use to provide tailored adverts if you have consented to their use.
- Tracked property alerts: updated to reflect the types of email updates you will receive if you set up a tracked property alert (e.g. valuation of a property you are tracking, updates to the tracked property and the local area).
