The New Wolsey Theatre, the Regent Theatre and the Corn Exchange – all in the centre of town – stage a mixture of drama, family shows, dance, live music and comedy.

Major routes easily accessible from the development include the A12 and the A14. Ipswich train station can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car and from there regular rail services run to Norwich, Peterborough, Colchester, Chelmsford and London Liverpool Street. Stansted Airport is around an hour’s drive away via the A12 and the A120.
