Head west on Abbey Road towards Abbey Mews. Turn left on to Waterside/B4035. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Elm Road/B4035. Turn left on to Offenham Road/B4510. Continue on this road until you reach Laurels Road on the left. Chestnut Grange is located off Laurels Road on the right hand side.
