We are excited to be building Sunloch Meadows, a beautiful range of new 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom new homes in the village of Burbage on the outskirts of Hinckley, designed in distinct Georgian and Victorian styles.

The development was designed with the local greenery in mind, with plenty of trees, walkways, and a biodiversity area to encourage wildlife to thrive in the neighbourhood, meaning you can enjoy modern life intertwined with nature from one of our new builds in Hinckley.

The town is connected to Leicester and Nuneaton via its train station, located a 7-minute drive or a 30-minute bus trip away from Sunloch Meadows. Trains for both destinations arrive roughly every hour, getting you to Nuneaton in 20 minutes and Leicester in 40 minutes. Our new homes in Hinckley are also located a 5-minute drive away from the M69, a major motorway connecting you to Leicester to the north and Coventry to the south.

Shopping around Burbage is easy, with a wide range of supermarkets within 4 miles of the development, such as a Tesco Superstore, Aldi and Morrisons. If you prefer a more traditional shopping experience, the historic Hinckley Market operates in the town centre every Monday, Friday, and Saturday, where you can find fresh produce, plants, and fashion items.

Our new homes in Burbage also provide access to plenty of things to do in the local area, the most notable of which is the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience. You can also visit the nearby Hinckley & District Museum as an educational outing for the kids, or drive 21 minutes to the Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre to retrace the steps of 15th-century soldiers. Nuneaton also has plenty of its own museums, which you can explore with a 15-minute drive.

As a town surrounded by lush countryside, you can also find plenty of outdoor activities to entertain you close to our new builds. The Burbage Common And Woods Country Park borders Hinckley 7 minutes north of the development, while The Fosse Meadows Country Park is a 9-minute drive away from home in Sharnford.
