The A617 heads west accessing Mansfield.

Head north on the A1. Exit north Newark-on-Trent onto the A46. Exit towards A17/Sleaford/LincoIn/Newark. At the first roundabout take the second exit onto the B6166/LincoIn Road. Exit the B6166 and turn left onto Northern Road, then turn left onto Beacon Hill Road. Turn left onto Beacon Hill Road and you will arrive at The Heights.
