Each lodge is available fully furnished with integrated kitchen appliances, underfloor heating, sleek new bathroom suites and colour schemes suited to your taste. With design advice available from our Interiors experts, we can help to make sure your home looks exactly as you imagined it. Choose from our palette of designer choices: Porcelanosa bathroom tiles, striking feature lighting or additional smart home features. Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring your own design flair to complete the look! Your home is also available with discreet, built-in safety features should you need them in the future.

THE FULL DEVELOPMENT
Our development is made of three main components which will be completed in stages. Stage 1 was a 67 bed independently run care home, this was completed in 2017 and is shown in the top left corner of the plan below. Stage 2 is our 15 contemporary lodges which are clustered together in the centre of the plan below. The final stage is a proposed 90 apartment building with central luxury amenities. This is shown above between as the larger building between the care home and the lodges. We also have a few acres of open parkland adjacent to the lodges which is untouched and available for all Bournehurst residents to enjoy.

We are on Damfield Lane, just before Maricourt High School if you are coming from Northway. Turn left into Bournehurst at the stone pillars where you’ll see signs for Damfield Gardens Care Home which we share our site with.

Maghull is a semi-rural village about 29 miles North of Liverpool. Within ten minutes of Bournehurst is Maghull square which has a supermarket, post office, pharmacy and several eateries. Five minutes from your Bournehurst home is the Leeds Liverpool canal footpath which follows the canal passing some great local pubs and beautiful views. There’s great transport links nearby if you want to travel by bus or train and Manchester airport is only a 40 minute drive away.
