The Student Letting Specialist are the new agency on campus, fed up of seeing and experiencing the service some agents gave to their student tenants, we acted. Offering a friendly customer focused service, we are striving to be the tenant’s favourite agent. Always interacting with students, landlords and contractors we want to alter the Derby student letting market for the better and forever.

With our experience in the property industry, being members of ARLA and finishing our time at University only recently, we know what tenants and landlords are looking for in the student letting market. We only let Student properties, so Landlords and Students have the benefit of our specialised knowledge and focus.
