Originally Solicitors, and still trading as Solicitors, we have been in the same prominent location opposite Gresham Primary School on the busy B269 in the heart of Sanderstead village since 1991, the firm having originally been established as a family firm in 1979.

James Manchester, the main property solicitor here works alonside Pippa Hare who manages Hannah James Estates and together they bring these two disciplines together seamlessly with a fantastic team of diligent and caring locals.
