Borehamwood is a popular town, just 21 minutes on the train from Central London. Most famous for the Elstree TV and film studios, the town is now primarily a residential suburb of London. Only 12 miles from Charing Cross, and with superb rail, road and bus links, Borehamwood is popular with the younger generation keen to get a foothold on the housing ladder, as well as with the older generation and families keen to escape the capital.

Borehamwood has a population of 31,074 and is growing fast. Hundreds of new homes have been built in recent years. The newest developments include Empire Court, an apartment development close to the town centre; Hertsmere Mews, a collection of apartments and houses in a variety of styles; and Affinity, which offers 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
