Formed in 1996 by Valissa Burnett. Offering a bespoke service to both individual property clients and larger portfolio clients. Tenant find, rent collection and management services are all in-house, with a single point of contact ensuring efficient management throughout. Leading referencing and specialist insurance company Homelet are used for references and credit checks. Regency Lettings & Property Management are members of the Deposit Protection Service (custodial), The Property Ombudsman service (TPO), Client Money Protect (membership CMP003730) and Federation of Small Business (FSB). All Tenant Deposits are held in a custodial scheme with the DPS.
