Wensum Property Management is employed only in the letting, managing and maintaining of property, subsequently there is no conflict of interest. We offer a totally professional service to all landlords and tenants. Our aim is to let properties, to secure tenants for a fair rent and to maintain the property to a high level, thus giving the landlord a good income, secure investment and keeping the property in a condition that the landlord could realise its full value at any time. We never forget that in most cases the property is a major investment for the landlord and deserves to be treated as such by ourselves. Wensum Property Management also offers a Rental Guarantee Scheme with Legal Costs Protection which gives the landlord complete peace of mind.
