Robert Cooper is a company founded in 1983 based on its excellent links to the American military and placing them in top quality accommodation and providing them 1st class service. Serving the American military really meant cutting our teeth back in the early 80s with a customer base who were used to great service so this became the foundation of our business. From here our objective was to make each client each person we interact with an evangelist of Robert Cooper and as we are fast approaching our 40th anniversary we are doing something right. A lot is similar to when we first opened our doors back in 1983 which was Margaret Thatchers UK back then but also a lot has changed. We still believe that first class service should be the minimum you can expect from us and we can guarantee we will always strive to break new ground in achieving the highest possible price for your home and over and over again we have broken records for achieving the highest price for every property type in HA4 and HA5. We still ring round and speak to our applicants as we believe that talking to our clients is still the best way to communicate, this doesn't mean we don't utilise technology as we advertise on all main property portals including Rightmove and On The market to name a couple as well as augmented reality in how we map out your marketing material. Our objective has always been and always will be to achieve the highest possible price and this is why we pride our selves on the records we set.
We are also one of the few companies who employ property managers and have them based in our office because we passionately believe that there is no substitute for local knowledge and being able to speak to someone who lives in the area rather than what most do is farm out the work to call centres in parts of the country that are 100s of miles away and to people that don't know Eastcote, Pinner or Ruislip. All staff have lived in and worked in the area all there lives as well as being a family business you can be confident of all our staff knowing the local area as well as you do.
Lastly as we hate the negative perception the public have of people in our industry so we do everything we can to steer clear of the stereo types. We are a family business and you can be guaranteed that if you come in to see us in 1 year or 50 years time you will see the same faces as there are a number of generations of our family that work in the office and we make sure all members are staff are industry qualified or in the process of becoming industry qualified so we can prove we know what we are talking about.
