That's why our clients only pay when we have successfully sold or let their property, bucking the current trend for upfront fixed fee payments, and unlike our competitors, we NEVER charge clients penalty fees if they sell or let through another agent (not that they need one when they're with Clarendons!).

Duke Letting have been letting and managing properties in East Sussex for nearly 25 years and manage their impressive portfolio from their office in Uckfield High Street and cover Uckfield, Heathfield, Hailsham, Lewes, and Crowborough and all villages between.

In 2018 our sister company, Elliott & Bunn, relocated from Haywards Heath to join us in our Uckfield office.
