By instructing us to act as your Letting and Management Agent, your asset will be in professional and caring hands.
We have 2 service options:
1. Let Only(Tenant Finder) £390.
2. Full Management
(Tenant Finder & Property Management)£150 9% +VAT monthly management fee
We will negotiate with landlords who have a portfolio of properties or specialist needs.1. Letting Only Option
Includes the marketing of your property, the carrying out of viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting of prospective tenants. On finding the right tenant for you, we will then go ahead and prepare the tenancy agreement.
Following this, the first month's rent will be collected and credited.
From this point forward the landlord will be responsible for managing the tenancy, including the maintenance and collections of rent from the tenant.2. Full Management Option
Is our fully inclusive service; this includes option 1, plus our full management services:
- Inventories
- Periodic inspection visits
- Lodgement of deposit with Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS)
- Resolution of maintenance issues
- Collection and payment of rent
- Renewal of tenancy agreement
This service is suitable for those Landlords who are not residing locally, or would rather not deal with the Tenants directly, preferring all aspects to be handled by us.Carefully Selected Quality Tenants
