Well what can I say other than excellent in every way. I tried selling my property via two other Agents in Runcorn both of which failed to even gain an offer on the property let alone sell it. I then decided to try Michael C Adams and from the minute I met Stephen at the house I started to kick myself as to why I hadn't chosen this Independent Agent in the first place. Fantastic local knowledge, understood the area and gave great advice, combine this with Tracey who tenaciously then proceeded to get viewings in the first week and a firm offer in week two and a full completed sale in just 6 weeks from when the board first went up. A fantastic service from start to finish. They were quite happy to come out several times to take different photos as we wanted to change them. They kept in touch and were always happy to answer any questions (including regarding our purchase) no matter how trivial. Once we sold the property (after about 9 weeks on the market) we were kept up to date with proceedings. The chain got a little complicated at times and when our solicitor wasn't able to provide us with information regarding others in the chain, we contacted Michael C. Adams who always went 'digging' and always came back the same day with some new information. They kept us completely up to date and were always chatty and polite. A brilliant service! Sue
