A breath of fresh air in comparison with previous experiences with other estate agents! It was great to experience the personal touch provided by this professional, family-run estate agent. Kevin provided an honest and informative viewing. There was no pressure to make a decision about the property, but he ensured that the process ran quickly and smoothly once a decision had been made. He followed through on all action points, responded promptly to all email queries and even supplied advice and a touch of humour on 'above and beyond' situations such as recommending a local TV engineer! Friendly, patient and not in the least patronising or pushy. The emergency number system works well, too.
