    Our lettings management operation is fully flexible so that clients can take advantage of any or all of the following elements:

    Marketing your property
    After your instruction and within a matter of hours, the details of the property are uploaded to our system, providing immediate live availability to the market.

    Finding an acceptable tenant
    Interested tenants are vetted by a specialist third-party referencing company. By carrying out comprehensive checks, any risk to the landlord is minimised. Only trustworthy and financially capable tenants are offered a contract.

    Managing your tenant
    All necessary copies of documentation including tenancy agreements, guarantor addendums, rent arrears notices, disclaimers, inventories, standing orders and section notices are available on request.

    Managing your income
    We provide an easy to read rental statement detailing all payments and expenses. Rental income is usually received in the landlord's bank account within five working days.

    Property maintenance
    Anthony Martin offer a flexible property maintenance service including managing any day-to-day issues, overseeing all precautionary checks including gas safety certificates for the property and 24 hour emergency cover. Our capabilities also cover basic decoration to the complete renovation of a property. Our strict policy requires that we seek the landlord's written approval before we commence any works, however minor.

    Insurance Services
    Various insurance products are available including buildings, contents (landlord and tenant), malicious damage, rental guarantee.

    Charlie Benn was the first employee of Anthony Martin Estate Agents, starting in April 2011. Charlie has rapidly risen from trainee to lettings manager. His personal approach and positive outlook makes no challenge too big or too small. Charlie strives to give Landlords and Tenants the best service possible.     Ryan joined the Lettings department in early 2018. Prior to working for Anthony Martin, Ryan worked as a barristers clerk where he learnt fundamental lessons in respectable and exceptional client care. Ryan has a very professional manner and goes above and beyond to tend to the needs of Landlords and Tenants, he is always on hand and happy to help.     Louis Pearce, Lettings Advisor
    Louis joined the reputable lettings team in May 2017 and has helped it to grow into one of the most successful in the borough. Prior to working at Anthony Martin Louis worked as a lettings advisor in London, which accelerated his maturity and knowledge of negotiating. Louis possesses an extremely approachable personality however ensures professionalism is maintained when dealing with both Tenants and Landlords. Louis hopes to continue climbing up the company ranks.

    Scott McKenzie, Head of Property Management
    Scott has been in property management for many years and structure is key to his role and for his team that he leads. His knowledge of the lettings industry is simply astounding and being an ARLA and AIRPM member adds to his many skills that he has mastered over the years. From tenant eviction issues to complex contract issues, Scott will help. Scott wants to grow the Anthony Martin property portfolio and is particularly interested in Block Management where some agents fail due to its complexity. Scott strives to help each and every person he deals with to the best of his ability. He is often found working from home ensuring the job is finished and completed to a high standard. Scott is the best in his field, he is always approachable and available when it matters most.

      Anthony is the founder and director of Anthony Martin Estate Agents. He is responsible for overseeing all branches, as well as expanding the business. An entrepreneur and businessman from a young age, he has grown the company from a one-man operation to a network of 9 branches with over 30 team members.  His ambition is to develop Anthony Martin Estate Agents into the largest and the most successful independent estate agency in the country.

      He is highly motivated, ambitious, and prides himself on his ability to get on well with people. Anthony's commitment to keeping his clients and customers happy is paramount, and he knows this is the key to a successful business.

      Anthony is dedicated to giving back to the community, sponsoring several local organisations and schools on a regular basis. He has also been involved in the filming of several television programmes as a property expert, most recently Homes Under The Hammer and ITV's Saving Britain's Savers.
