      Stuart Harris - Director
      My passion with property started in the nineties at college after completing a Diploma in building studies. I gained my first job as a junior in the flagship office of Blackhorse Agencies in Norwich to start my career as an Estate Agent and having worked my way up I moved to the fast and heady market of East London for a large independent as a Senior Negotiator. That year I was the national highest sales negotiator. 

      I then continued my journey to manage two branches for the company before being recruited by a smaller independent as an Area Manager running several branches.Now I head up Arlington Park as a very much hands on Managing Director and also as the MD of Ambrose Homes Norwich a property development and consultancy company.I have always believed that communication is key.

      You always finish the conversation and deliver what you say. Always put the client before the sale and a two-minute telephone conversation far exceeds a whole day of email tennis.I love architecture and very much into my fitness and when not working you will find me at the gym or at The Blackbelt Academy in Norwich sometimes teaching a class where I hold a second-degree Black Belt.

      I love speaking to people and helping them achieve what they are looking for. Having a very pragmatic approach helps and I always take a view from a clients' perspective whether buying, selling, renting or letting. This helped me develop the kind of business I want from Arlington Park and differentiate from the level of service people of Norwich have become accustomed to from other Estate Agents.

      I just believe clients deserve better, whether its communication, marketing or just being there when the client needs them.

      I started my career in estate agency as a trainee in 2010 which has allowed me to gain valuable experience in both sales and lettings over the years. Working for sometime with an independent estate agents previously I found that there was no room for progression within that company, so when the chance presented to be Sales and Lettings Manager at new business; Arlington Park, it was too good an opportunity to miss.

      Arlington Parks' vision coupled with Stuarts' ethos are a perfect fit for everything I stand for. A great estate agent understands that a client isn't just a property address, there is a person that is looking for a high level of service and who wants the professionalism that comes with selling what is maybe their most expensive asset. 

      With my years of experience working in customer service and sales based roles, I like to think that I have an excellent understanding and appreciation for client care and always strive to deliver an exceptional personal service.As a member of the National Association of Estate Agents I have successfully completed many industry training and award courses in sales and lettings.

      Originally from Essex, I moved to the Norfolk/Suffolk border at the age of 15 and have loved it here ever since. Now, many years on with a wife and two young children, we have since purchased the property I moved into as a teen and have just completed a comprehensive renovation programme by ourselves, learning many skills along the way.In my spare time I am a keen photographer and can quite often be found with a camera in hand, which works perfectly with my job and my families passion of travelling. We love to explore, from enjoying everything this region has to offer to travelling further afield.

      As a family we have been to Asia twice and revel in experiences off the beaten track where tourists do not tend to go. We love to immerse ourselves in other cultures to give us a better understanding of people from all walks of life.
