    Here at Avenue Estates we offer a Fully-Comprehensive Managed Service as well as a Tenant Find Service and Rent Collection.

    Our Fully Managed Service really does take every last bit of stress out of renting out your property, with rent collection and payments, quarterly photographic reports and our dedicated maintenance team we really do aim to make the entire process as relaxed and pleasant as possible.

    For those more accomplished landlords we offer a Tenant Find Service which basically means that we will be responsible for finding suitable tenants for a set fee, which will include all referencing and the preparation of contracts if required.

    The final service we offer our Landlords is the Rent Collection Service which is our least common choice but means that we will collect the rent on a monthly basis for a set percentage whilst all other aspects of management are dealt with by the landlord directly.
