This is a testimonial for a previous purchase we made in April 2018. We made a purchase of a property through this estate agents which was completed in April 2018. Although we did not use Balch for the sale the team were very helpful and we received regular updates regarding the purchase. In addition we were updated in relation to all parts of the chain with the work completed by the team being outside what I would have expected and from what I received from the estate agents we had used to sell our own property. Nothing appeared too much trouble and the team, especially Melvin, were always polite, helpful and put themselves out to assist with any queries which we made. At the conclusion of the exchange and sale we received follow up contact from them in relation to any problems we experienced and all of this despite them not actually receiving any money directly from us as we had not used them in the sale of our own property.
