    Martin Gibbon  FNAEA - Group Director
    Martin has been successfully involved in Estate Agency since the mid 80's, progressing with a large PLC to Regional Manager and eventually opening his first Balgores office in Hornchurch in 2002. Since then the Balgores Property Group has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 8 offices throughout Essex. Martin puts Balgores' success down to "complete focus on customer service from our enthusiastic, positive and hardworking team". A family man, Martin loves to spend time with his wife and young children, his other passions are West Ham United and fishing.

    Matthew Butler MNAEA - Sales Director
    Matthew started in the industry in 1997 within a large corporate company where he worked with Group MD Martin Gibbon. He joined Balgores in 2005 to open the Romford Branch, which has gone from strength to strength. Matthew now looks after our three Havering Branches. Matthew is a family man with a wife and two children with whom he spends most of his spare time. He is also a keen sports fan.

    Billy Gill MNAEA - Area Director
    Billy joined the company in 2010. His hard work and determination coupled with his extensive area knowledge, has seen him achieve success and become one of the most consistent Property Consultants in the Company, Billy was announced Branch Manager of our Flagship Office in 2015.
