Martin Gibbon FNAEA, MARLA - Director

Martin has been successfully involved in Estate Agency since the mid 80's, progressing with a large PLC to Regional Manager and opening his first Balgores office in Hornchurch in 2002. Since then the Balgores Property Group has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 9 offices throughout Essex and Kent and is still growing. Balgores have won many awards over the years but Martin was absolutely delighted for the whole group to receive both Best Agent and Best Property Management Department at the recent Negotiator awards. Martin puts Balgores' success down to "complete focus on customer service from our enthusiastic, positive and hardworking team". A family man, Martin loves to spend time with his wife and young children, his other passions are West Ham United and fishing.

Allannah Buckroyd MNAEA - Branch Manager

Allannah joined the Company in Jan 2017. Through hard work and dedication she has very quickly become one of our most successful negotiators and has recently been promoted to Branch Manager at our Chelmsford Office.
