    Martin Gibbon FNAEA - Group Director
    Martin has been successfully involved in Estate Agency since the mid 80's, progressing with a large PLC to Regional Manager and opening his first Balgores office in Hornchurch in 2002. Since then the Balgores Property Group has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 9 offices throughout Essex and Kent and is still growing. Balgores have won many awards over the years but Martin was absolutely delighted for the whole group to receive both Best Agent and Best Property Management Department at the recent Negotiator awards. Martin puts Balgores' success down to "complete focus on customer service from our enthusiastic, positive and hardworking team". A family man, Martin loves to spend time with his wife and young children, his other passions are West Ham United and fishing.

    Matthew Butler MNAEA - Area Director
    Matthew started in the industry in 1997 within a large corporate company where he worked with Group MD Martin Gibbon. He joined Balgores in 2005 to open the Romford Branch, which has gone from strength to strength. Matthew now looks after our three Havering Branches. Matthew is a family man with a wife and two children with whom he spends most of his spare time. He is also a keen sports fan.

    Ricky joined the company in early 2015 through a business administration apprenticeship scheme after leaving secondary school and has progressed to Office Manager in August 2021.
