I needed to sell my property and I had 3 agents come to my home to convince me to use them. I chose an agent and thought they could do it. I signed for 3 months. This agent did not do the job I thought that they could do. I didn't get many viewings or offers of any kind and they didn't seem to push my property. I was a bit disheartened. In the meantime, I was 'hounded' by Dee. I had to tell him that I was with another agent and my hands were tied until that contract was finished. He was prepared to wait. He made promises that he said he would keep..he was going to sell my property. He was very enthusiastic and had that drive, which I did not get from the other agent. He kept his promise. I'm not sure my review will ever be able to do justice to the amazing service I have received from Balgores during the sale of my Emerson Park property. We had our property listed with Balgores and a very well-known independent local agent, but it was clear to see from the off, that Balgores offered a far superior and slicker operation when it comes to selling your home. The quality of the photos, the video tour, and the underlying passion Dee and Billy showed when marketing our house meant that at the end we were engulfed in a bidding war for our property from three different Balgores buyers. I can genuinely say that if you want to sell your Emerson Park property, Dee / Billy should be your first point of call. I actually bought the property I've now sold via Balgores also, and so have experienced first-hand the in-depth vetting they carry out before potential purchasers can view a property, and more importantly before any resulting offers can be put forward for you to consider. This meticulous level of detail and scrutiny means that when we accepted the asking price from our cash buyer (I have to pinch myself every time I think about) we could sleep well knowing that the chances of our transaction collapsing as a result of our purchaser not getting a mortgage etc. were as close to nil as possible. They also referred me to an excellent conveyancer, and surveyor while they were at it, which saved me time and money against previous companies I had used. As I said at the beginning of my review, words can't do justice to sum up how good Dee and Billy are at their respective roles, and should I or anyone I know want to sell their property in the future, Dee / Billy would be the first point of call.

On many occasions I went into the branch to see either Paul or Ricky, and I was always greeted with a smile and an equally warm welcome. In fact everyone in the Hornchurch branch were always a pleasure to deal with. Some of the legal paperwork was quite complex, but, once again Ricky or Paul were available to offer a helping hand. Both Paul and Ricky are very good ambassadors for Balgores, and I thank them once again. I would certainly use Balgores again in the future.

Dee and the team were absolutely brilliant in achieving a relatively speedy sale on our behalf. We had previously had our property on the market with a competitor who achieved just one viewing but when we switched to Balgores we had in excess of 15 viewings and several offers within a couple of weeks. After having a very long and stressful period using a sole local agent with no joy, I decided to go multi-agent and market my property with Balgores (Hornchurch). Although not seamless Balgores were much more proactive at marketing the property and updating me on viewings and feedback. I felt as if I knew what was going on at all times which helped reduce my stress. Ultimately Balgores sold the property for a price that i was happy with, prompting me to thinking i should have gone with them from the off.
