With great skill he performed the delicate balancing act of keeping seller and buyer happy whilst navigating the hurdles to completion. His diligent, committed approach to complete customer service and in-depth knowledge of the local property market reduced the stress of selling to the minimum and ensured a successful sale - on time, on budget and to a high quality standard!

I would also like to mention the impeccable manners of all the agents who communicated with me during the sale, they were all a pleasure to deal with and remained polite and helpful throughout the sale regardless of my level of frustration. They were all well informed about my property (right down to the loft ladder!) and worked as a well connected team to support Jack and achieve the sale. Olly in particular springs to mind, he sometimes had the difficult job of explaining to me why a prospective buyer didn't pitch up, which he did promptly and with empathy even in the face of my irritation.

Having had previously unpleasant experiences with estate agents I was highly skeptical about using an agent again. I am not easy to please let alone impress but Jack and the staff at Balgores Estate Agents swept me off my feet. I don't usually write reviews but feel a need to shout about their service from the rooftops. To get this process (selling/buying property) in England so right is exceptional and Balgores Property Services have done that through thorough training, careful staff selection, well defined processes, excellent communication, control of as many links in the chain as possible and whatever other secret ingredient they have.
