    £240.00 (incl VAT) initial admin fee, plus 12% +VAT (14.4% incl VAT) of the rent per month, (Discounted to 10%+VAT (12% incl VAT) if we have sole agency) to be deducted from the rent as received.

    • Initial inventory preparation unless property is furnished or part furnished. Regular scheduled property visits (unless Landlord requests additional visits during the tenancy - charged at £30.00 incl VAT per visit)
    • Resigning Fee for an existing tenancy
    • Post Letting Service - Tenant Move Out, Inventory Check (including damage report)


    Rent & Legal Insurance: £144.10 (incl IPT) per annum. Automatically charged unless specifically declined in writing.

    Our VERY COMPETITIVE application fees for this property cover all referencing, the tenancy agreement, the inventory & condition report, check in, deposit registration, all site visits and a landlord reference when you leave, and are as follows:
    1 person - £288 inc VAT
    2 people - £336 inc VAT

    Inventory fee (due once references are completed) - £60 inc VAT per property

    Pet administration fee is £48 inc VAT

    Deposits are payable on all properties - 1 bedroom deposit is 1 months rent + £200.00. Deposits on 2 bedroom properties and larger is 1.5 months rent. 

    Once you have passed all required references, you will be requested to pay the first months rent as a holding fee to enable us to set your tenancy start date. Deposits are normally paid on the day of taking the property.
