Cancellation

If a property is withdrawn once tenant has been secured and satisfactorily referenced a fee of the tenancy application fee paid will be payable

Where Full Management service is cancelled during the term of the tenancy (including any extensions or periodic tenancies) a fee of three months management fee plus £90.00 incl VAT administration charge will be payable. All fees subject to VAT
