    Julia started working in the housing industry in 1997 for a large national house builder. 
    Completely hooked,  she founded Bercote & Co in 2009 and opened her first high street branch in Radcliffe on Trent in January 2013 and a second branch more recently in Keyworth in 2021.
    Julia describes starting Bercote & Co as one of the most challenging and rewarding career decisions she has ever made.
